Attorney Allison R. Santer

Allison Santer was born and raised in West Virginia and joined Stewart Bell, PLLC, in September, 2022.

Allison graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wheeling Jesuit University in 2013, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English. In 2016, Allison earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the West Virginia University College of Law.

Allison began her legal career in the Thirteenth Circuit as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Tod J. Kaufman. Following her clerkship, Allison spent the next several years with the Kanawha County Public Defender Office. While serving as a felony defense attorney, Allison worked closely with clients, their families, social workers, investigators, and opposing counsel to attain the best possible outcomes. Allison gained a tremendous amount of comprehensive courtroom experience, through every procedural step including Circuit Court jury trials and appeals.

Upon joining Stewart Bell, Allison brings a strong work ethic, dogged determination, and compassion for her clients and their families
